The Investor Board

Robert-Jan van Ogtrop (president) is an Industrial Partner based in CVC Netherlands. Mr. van Ogtrop joined CVC in 2001, having previously worked as CEO for Remy-Cointreau and Bols Royal Distilleries, a former CVC portfolio company. Besides chair-positions in boards of CVC portfolio companies, Robert-Jan is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Foundation for Natural Leadership, member of the board of Natuurmonumenten and Member of the Advisory Board of Ode. Robert-Jan holds an MBA from Erasmus University, Rotterdam. 

Frits van der Have  has co-founded Life Science Partners (LSP), a specialized biotech investment fund, in 1998. Furthermore he was a founding partner of two Euroventures Ukraine private equity funds, he currently is Chairman of the committee that advises the Dutch Ministry of Economics on the ASeed investment scheme and an advisor to ASN Beleggingen for its sustainable fund of fund investments. Recently he also joined DOB Foundation as an advisor. Frits holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management

Herman Spliethoff is member of the executive board of Spliethoff Group, a marine shipping company. Previously he has worked with Qat Investments as executive board member and investment manager. Qat focuses on early stage technology companies. Herman holds an MSc degree in Geology of the University of Utrecht, and an MBA degree (University of Geneva). In addition, he studied Environmental science and Information Technology.

Nick Mijnssen is active in private equity and is a retained advisor for various companies in the Netherlands and abroad. Previously he worked as managing director corporate finance at ABNAMRO, being responsible for large corporate clients. Nick holds a law degree from Leiden university.

Koos Breen currently holds directorships at Royal Smilde, Royal Ahrend and Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group, Teijin Twaron. Previously he worked as CEO for Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group.
